Pokémon GO: New Ultra Beasts Coming to Raids on July 8

The season of Ultra Beasts continues in Pokémon GO, and it will do so with the arrival of new creatures from Ultra Wormholes. Starting this July 8, various Pokémon that are part of the Ultra Beasts “family” will appear in raids. In addition, some of these entities will appear depending on the region in which the user is located, making it possible for players to obtain these Pokémon until July 12.

Red-hot ultra-beasts

As Pokémon GO has officially announced, from July 8 to July 12, a variety of Ultra Pokémon will appear in five-star raids around the world. Thus, in this way, trainers who play during these days will have the opportunity to capture several of the rarest and most powerful Pokémon in the entire franchise.

As for the appearances of Ultra Beasts in Pokémon GO, the itinerary designed by Niantic for these creatures is as follows:

  • Monday, July 8: Guzzlord, with a chance of appearing in Shiny form.
  • Tuesday, July 9: Nihilego, with the option of finding it in its Shiny version.
  • Wednesday, July 10: Celesteela will appear in the southern hemisphere and Kartana in the northern hemisphere of the Earth. Both Pokémon can appear in Shiny form.
  • Thursday, July 11: Stakataka will appear in the eastern hemisphere of the planet, while Blacephalon will appear in the western hemisphere. These Pokémon, at the moment, do not have the Shiny version available in Pokémon GO, so we will have to wait for future events.
  • Friday, July 12: Buzzwole will appear in the Americas and Greenland, Pheromosa will be able to be captured in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India, and Xurkitree in the Asia-Pacific regions.

In addition to these raids, a themed Timed Research will also be activated starting July 8, allowing all players to encounter the following Pokémon: Celesteela, Xurkitree, Nihilego, Buzzwole, Stakataka, Blacephalon, Pheromosa, Guzzlord, and Kartana. As with raids, all of them, except Blacephalon and Stakataka, will have Shiny versions with a certain chance of spawning, so if luck is on your side, you can get your hands on a rare specimen.

A Summer Full of Events in Pokémon GO

Pokémon GO has planned a very intense summer so that players have compelling reasons to continue enjoying the game. In fact, at the dawn of summer, in mid-June, Pokémon GO Fest 2024 was held, a celebration in which hundreds of thousands of players joined, and in which we at Andro4All participated from the headquarters in Madrid.

In fact, the participants of Pokémon GO Fest 2024 had the early opportunity to capture several of these Pokémon, since Kartana, Pheromosa, Blacephalon or Nihilego were part, along with Necrozma, of the creatures from Ultra Thresholds available during the days of the event. Likewise, at Pokémon GO Fest Global on July 13 and 14, there will also be opportunities for trainers to capture these creatures en masse.
