Despite the fact that the next premium flagship of the Korean brand will not hit the market until the beginning of next year, over the last few months we have been receiving different rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra thanks to which we already know that it will have a 6.8-inch screen and a 200-megapixel main camera with OIS.
Well, now, a new leak has just revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will also include a change in its design that we thought would never come.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will say goodbye to sharp corners
The well-known leaker Ice Universe has recently published a post on X, the former Twitter, in which he assures that the new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will differ from its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, at first glance, as it will debut a renewed design with rounded corners.
The latest models in the Galaxy S Ultra series have been characterized by a square design with sharp corners, while the standard and “Plus” variants had more curved corners. This causes you to dig the corners into the palms of your hands if you use the smartphone without a case, something that Samsung is going to solve in the Galaxy S25 Ultra, since the next flagship of the firm will be more similar to the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+.
What we still don’t know is if the corners of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be fully curved or if they will simply have more rounded edges.
As far as the features of the Galaxy S25 Ultra are concerned, everything seems to indicate that the new franchise terminal of the Korean giant will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 that will be officially presented next October and that will bet on a quadruple rear camera module that will be composed of a 200 MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 50MP telephoto sensor with 3X optical zoom, and a 50MP telephoto sensor with a 5x optical zoom and by the same 12MP front camera of the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
