RedMagic Titan 16 Pro

From RedMagic we are used to hearing about phones that are real beasts for the gamer public. We have as an example the RedMagic 9 Pro, which we were already able to analyze, and we did the same with its predecessor, the RedMagic 8S Pro. What this ZTE sub-brand presents us with today is totally out of the field to which we are accustomed, however.

And today we have in our hands the RedMagic Titan 16 Pro, a laptop aimed at gamers that has the top specifications that you would expect in a computer of this nature, as well as a design that is slightly reminiscent of the MacBook Pro and that seems slightly thinner to the eye than other machines aimed at the same type of audience.

RedMagic Titan 16 Pro, all the information

To begin with, we find an Intel i9 processor accompanied by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX4060 or RTX4070 graphics card. There will be two variants, one with 16 GB and another with 32 GB of RAM (the user will be the one who decides how much volatile memory they want at the time of purchase) and it will be of the DDR5 type, with a clock speed of 5600 MHz.

As an aftermarket solution, the RAM of this machine can be expanded to 96 GB. As if that were not enough, the computer has an SSD manufactured by Samsung with 1 TB capacity and a PCIe 4.0 expansion port to place an M2 drive in case more storage is needed.

The machine’s heat dissipation system is provided by two large fans that rotate at 3,850 RPM. The sound is taken care of by two speakers integrated into the computer, equipped with DTS-X Ultra sound (remember that ZTE has an agreement with them), FHD IR webcam that offers support for Windows Hello and 100 W fast charging.

The RedMagic Titan 16 Pro has a Thunderbolt 4 port, an HDMI 2.1, a USB-C 3.2 port, a USB-A 3.2 port, an Ethernet port, an audio jack, and an SD card slot. It is also relatively light for a laptop, weighing 2.3 kg.

The laptop goes on sale next week, with a starting price of about 1,340 euros at the exchange rate. The version with a RTX4070 and 32 GB of RAM as a base will cost about 1,700 euros at the exchange rate.
