With the arrival of HyperOS, the Chinese giant updated the vast majority of its native applications such as Gallery or Camera with new functionalities, some of which were AI-based, and continues to do so month after month with the inclusion of new features that improve the user experience.

A good proof of this is that the HyperOS Camera app has just received a new update that focuses on improving its performance and fixing small bugs.

Here’s everything included in the new update to the HyperOS Camera app

As we were told by Xiaomi Today, the Chinese brand began rolling out, a few weeks ago, a new update to the HyperOS camera application, which comes with the build number V5.2.001620.0.

Like the previous update, this new firmware does not incorporate new functions, but rather improves the general functioning of the app, thus becoming a much more useful tool, as it allows you to squeeze the most out of your smartphone’s photographic sensors.

But that’s not all, as this new version of the HyperOS Camera app has also improved the implementation of the Artificial Intelligence functions by applying a series of changes thanks to which you will be able to get better shots in low light conditions.

Finally, this new update to the HyperOS Camera fixes a large number of bugs detected in previous versions, something that increases the stability of this application.

Of course, you should keep in mind that this new version of the HyperOS camera application has been developed based on Android 14, so if you don’t have a device with a variant of HyperOS running under the latest version of Android, you won’t be able to try it, at least for the time being.

In case you have a Xiaomi, Redmi or POCO mobile phone with a version of HyperOS based on Android 14, you can try the updated variant of the HyperOS camera app by downloading it in APK format directly from the link below these lines.
