They say that the body takes its toll on you from all the harmful habits, and it warns you if something is wrong. Pay close attention to it because it is very wise and it is also your home.

1. Tingling and/or numbness in the hands and feet
Your body wants to let you know you’re missing vitamins B9, B6, and B12. Solution: eat spinach, asparagus, beans, eggs, octopus, chicken, and that feeling will disappear.
2. Feeling of pins and needles in the heels, arches of the feet and calves
Your body is crying out for more calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Solution: Try consuming a higher dose of fruits such as bananas, including almonds, hazelnuts, pumpkins, cherries, apples, broccoli, grapefruits, and spinach.
3. Red or white acne-like pimples on areas such as arms, buttocks, thighs, and cheeks
Your body lacks fatty acids and vitamin A and D. Solution: Consume salmon, sardines, walnuts, almonds, and flax and chia seeds in your daily diet. It will also be a great ally to stabilize vitamin A levels by eating green vegetables in addition to carrots and red peppers. For vitamin D, take fish oil or a supplement prescribed by your doctor. Avoid trans fats and saturated fats.
4. Dryness at the corners of the mouth
A warning sign that indicates a lack of iron, zinc and vitamins B3, B2 and B12. Solution: Eat more tuna, salmon, chicken, eggs, Swiss chard, peanuts, and lentils.
5. Slight skin breakouts on the face and other parts of the body, sudden hair loss
Your body is lacking vitamin B7 or Biotin. Eat more boiled eggs, salmon, avocado, mushrooms, cauliflower, walnuts, raspberries, and bananas.
